The referred rates include all legal taxes, apart from the Municipal Tax (article 53, Greek Law: Ν.4389/2016). The Municipal Tax charge is 0,50€/apartment/night and it should be paid by the client to the reception in cash.

The apartments are available from 14:00. The client is asked to check out by 12:00.In case the client wishes for a late check-out (by 18:00), there is an additional pay of 50% of the total rate added to the main charge. For apartment usage later than18:00, the client should pay the entire nightly rate.

Reservations are valid by paying the 20% of the total stay cost, to such an extend that the total cost surpasses the cost of a night rate. In different case, the client should have paid at least the cost of a night. The payoff can be preceded during the client’s stay or by its end.

In case the deposit has not been paid at the agreed time, the reservation is invalid.

In case of booking cancellation, 21 days or more prior to arrival, the client receives a full refund of the deposit. If the cancellation happens in less than 21 days prior to arrival, the client is required to pay 50% of the total reservation cost.

In case the client doesn’t appear the day of check-in, if there is a valid deposit, the apartment remains available the first night of the reservation until 12:00 (noon) of the next day. If the client has booked a reservation for more than one night and does not appear, the client is required to pay 50% of the total reservation charge.

In case the client expresses the will to extend the stay further to the agreed reservation, before or during the stay, then the booking manager examines the request. The client is advised to request such an alteration as early as possible.

In case of an early check-out during the stay, the client is required to cover the total cost of the nights stayed, and 50% of the nights cancelled.

Payment methods as follows:

- by credit/debit card. ZOUZOULAS filoxenia holds an approved card terminal POS, following the order of the article 66, of the Greek Law Ν. 4446/2016

- deposit/transfer to our bank account (National Bank of Greece)

Any damages to the premises performed by the client or any other person that the client is in charge of, the client is responsible to cover it.

Our business is not responsible for damages or loss of any clients’ personal belongings or damages caused by force majeure, such as earthquakes, flood etc.

Pets are not allowed.
